NextSense AI Ltd makes Atelier Glass Lab. In this page, "we" means NextSense AI Ltd.
This policy explains what data Atelier Glass Lab uses, what stays on your Mac, and what is sent to outside services when you generate a design, use voice input, generate a background, copy code, or make a purchase.
1. Overview
Atelier Glass Lab is built to keep data use small and easy to understand:
- No ad tracking
- No IDFA
- No sale of personal information
- Generated designs, code, and gallery data stay on your Mac
- Prompt and voice data are processed to deliver a result, not to build an advertising profile
- Designed for a general audience and intended for users aged 13 and older
2. What Atelier Glass Lab Does Not Ask For
- Your name, phone number, or postal address
- IDFA or advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Contacts or address book data
- Browsing history
- Third-party ad tracking
- Cookies for cross-site tracking inside the app
3. What Atelier Glass Lab Uses
3.1 Design Prompts and Generated Code

When you generate a design, Atelier Glass Lab sends your prompt to our backend so it can be processed by the selected model. The result is returned to your Mac. NextSense AI Ltd does not keep prompt content after the response is delivered.
3.2 Voice Input

Voice is optional. If you do not use voice features, Atelier Glass Lab does not process voice input.
3.3 Device Attestation

Firebase App Check helps verify that requests come from a real copy of Atelier Glass Lab. It is for service protection, not advertising or user profiling.

All payments go through Apple StoreKit. NextSense AI Ltd does not receive your card details, billing address, or Apple ID. The backend keeps only the credit balance tied to an anonymous app identifier.

4.1 Firebase App Check (Google)
- Purpose: Device attestation to prevent API abuse
- Data sent: Attestation token
- Not used for: User tracking, analytics, or advertising

5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Local-Only Content Storage
- Generated designs, generated code, gallery data, and local history are stored on your Mac
- We do not maintain a cloud database of your designs or generation history
- Removing the app removes its local data
5.2 Server-Side Processing
- Prompts and voice requests are transmitted via TLS/HTTPS
- Requests are processed in real time by Cloud Functions and model providers
- NextSense AI Ltd does not keep prompt or voice content after response delivery
- Credit balance is the main persistent server-side product data
5.3 Security Measures
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for network communication
- Firebase App Check for API request validation
- Server-side API keys so your device does not hold third-party model provider keys
- Google Cloud infrastructure for backend processing

7. Your Rights
Most Atelier Glass Lab content stays on your Mac, so you can usually manage it directly yourself.
7.1 Deleting Data
- Uninstall the app to remove local data
- Contact us if you need help with credit-balance or support-related data
7.2 Privacy Rights
If local privacy laws give you extra rights, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection, email us at atelierglasslab@nextsense.ai. We do not sell personal information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, through an in-app notification when appropriate.
