NextSense AI Ltd makes Atelier - Brands Lab. In this page, "we" means NextSense AI Ltd.
This policy explains what data Brands Lab uses, what stays on your Mac, and what is sent to outside services when you generate assets, use voice input, or make a purchase.

Brands Lab is built to keep data use small and easy to understand:
- No ad tracking
- No IDFA
- No sale of personal information
- Generated assets, exports, history, and backgrounds stay on your Mac
- Prompt text, optional voice input, and optional attachments are processed to deliver features you asked for
- Designed for a general audience and intended for users aged 13 and older.
2. What Brands Lab Does Not Ask For
- Your name, phone number, or postal address
- IDFA or advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Contacts or address book data
- Third-party ad tracking
3. What Brands Lab Uses
3.1 Design Requests

All payments go through Apple StoreKit. NextSense AI Ltd does not receive your card details, billing address, or Apple ID.

5. Local Storage and Security
5.1 Stored on Your Mac
- Generated assets

5.2 Sent Only When Needed
- Prompt text, optional voice input, and optional attachments are sent only to complete the feature you triggered
- Requests are sent over TLS/HTTPS
- NextSense AI Ltd does not keep prompt content after the response is delivered
5.3 Security Measures
- TLS/HTTPS for network traffic
- Firebase App Check for request validation
- Server-side handling of third-party model credentials
6. Your Rights
Most Brands Lab content stays on your Mac, so you can usually manage it directly yourself.
6.1 Deleting Data
- Delete local history and files from the app or Finder
- Remove the app to remove its local data
- Contact us if you need help with a credit-balance or purchase issue
6.2 Privacy Rights
If local privacy laws give you extra rights, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection, email us at bot@nextsense.ai. We do not sell personal information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated in the app.
