Atelier - Games Lab Web Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This policy covers Atelier - Games Lab at games.nextsense.ai ("Games Lab"), operated by NextSense AI Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). Games Lab is currently a public beta.

NextSense AI Ltd is the controller of the account and product data described here. Our service providers process data for us as described below.

2. How AI Processing Works

Games Lab sends the prompt, active voice audio, project context, or generated asset needed for the feature you choose to our backend and relevant AI provider. Depending on the feature, providers may include Google Gemini, OpenAI, or ElevenLabs.

We use this information to generate and revise the game, maintain session context, apply tool actions, detect misuse, and diagnose failures. Provider processing is also governed by each provider's terms and privacy practices.

We rely on the steps needed to provide the service you request, our legitimate interests in securing, moderating, and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent for future processing, but that does not undo earlier lawful processing.

3. Accounts, App Check, and Payments

Authentication and App Check are provided through Firebase. If you sign in with Google, Google supplies the basic account details shown during sign-in. Email and password sign-in is also handled through Firebase Authentication.

Games Lab currently uses Stripe in test mode. Test checkout does not make a real card charge and test credits have no cash value. Do not enter real payment details into a flow marked as a test. Stripe processes test payment details; we store only the identifiers and status needed to operate the test wallet, not full card numbers.

Before real payments are enabled, we will update the product information and applicable terms.

When you publish a game, its game content and creator information can be visible to anyone through the gallery or a direct play link. Other users may play it and, where enabled, create remixes. Public material can be copied or shared outside our control.

Unpublishing removes a game from normal gallery discovery, but a direct link, cached material, downloaded copy, or existing remix may remain. Contact us if public content needs to be deleted or reviewed.

5. Service Providers and International Processing

We use service providers to operate Games Lab, including:

  • Google Cloud and Firebase for authentication, App Check, databases, file storage, backend processing, security, and AI generation
  • OpenAI for live voice and related AI processing
  • ElevenLabs for original music generation when you choose that feature
  • Stripe for the test checkout and payment-processing flow
  • Vercel for web hosting and delivery

These providers may process data in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, or other locations where they operate. We use them only for operating, securing, moderating, and improving the service. We do not sell personal information or use project content for advertising profiles.

6. Retention and Deletion

  • Account and project records remain while needed to provide your account and saved workspace, unless you delete a project or request deletion.
  • Operational voice and session logs are designed to expire after about 30 days, but security, moderation, backup, and records needed to resolve abuse or billing issues may be kept longer.
  • Generated assets, published games, and gallery records can have a separate lifecycle from the project that created them. Deleting a draft project may not remove a published build or every stored asset.
  • Stripe test transaction records and credit-ledger records may be kept as needed to reconcile the test system and prevent abuse.

You can delete projects or unpublish games where those controls are available. For account deletion, deletion of a published game, or a broader data request, email marketing@nextsense.ai with "Games Lab privacy" in the subject. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. Some limited information may remain where required by law, security, fraud prevention, backups, or the rights of others.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to use voice and not to publish a game. You can also sign out or stop using the service.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security and Age

We use HTTPS, authenticated access, App Check, scoped project records, and server-side provider credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security, especially for content a user chooses to publish.

Games Lab is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the public beta changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes may also be shown in the product.
