Welcome to Atelier Glass Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atelier Glass Lab macOS application and related services operated by NextSense AI Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Atelier Glass Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service Description
Atelier Glass Lab is a macOS AI design workstation for Liquid Glass interface exploration. The app helps users:
- Design glass interface components by voice or text
- Preview generated components in a live canvas
- Generate or switch visual backgrounds
- Tune glass, tint, foreground, accessibility, and preview settings
- Copy SwiftUI code or design context into an IDE or AI coding workflow
The app is a design and productivity tool. It is not a professional legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical advisory service.
2. Eligibility
Atelier Glass Lab is designed for a general audience and is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Purchases and Credits
Atelier Glass Lab may offer subscriptions and top-up credit packs through Apple StoreKit.
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple before renewal
- Credits fund paid surfaces such as voice sessions, AI design generation, AI backgrounds, code unlock, and export
- Gallery browsing and inspector exploration may be available without paid generation
- Pricing and availability may vary by country and may change over time
Apple handles payment processing. We do not receive your card details, billing address, or Apple ID.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Atelier Glass Lab lawfully and responsibly.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code except where legally allowed
- Abuse, overload, interfere with, or bypass service limits
- Use the app to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content
- Attempt to access backend systems, model provider keys, or other users' data
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission
5. AI Output and User Responsibility
AI-generated designs, code, and suggestions may contain errors or unsuitable implementation details.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, adapting, and validating any generated output before using it in a product, client project, App Store submission, or production codebase.
Atelier Glass Lab provides useful design and code starting points, not a guarantee that output is complete, accessible, secure, or ready for every production environment.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
Atelier Glass Lab, NextSense AI branding, app design, app logic, curated gallery content, and related materials are owned by NextSense AI Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse our intellectual property except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
6.2 Your Input and Output
You retain ownership of content you provide to the app. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated outputs for your own design and development work.
You grant us a limited license to process your prompts, voice input, and related request data only as needed to provide the service.
7. Third-Party Services
Atelier Glass Lab may use third-party services including:
- Firebase and Google Cloud for backend infrastructure and service protection
- Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic for AI processing when selected or required
- Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases
Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, model behavior, or policy changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated output will be accurate, complete, accessible, secure, or fit for your specific use case
- Third-party model providers or platform services will always be available
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextSense AI Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Our total liability for claims arising from your use of Atelier Glass Lab is limited to the amount you paid for the app or service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription through Apple.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create security risk, or use the app unlawfully.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and NextSense AI Ltd only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the app.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
