This short notice covers the company website at www.nextsense.ai. Each NextSense AI product has a separate policy below because the products use different accounts, inputs, providers, storage, and payment systems.
NextSense AI Ltd is the controller of the website and correspondence data described here.
1. The Company Website
The company website is a public information site. It does not provide a user account, accept payments, or ask you to submit product prompts.
When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, time, and security events. We use that information to deliver and protect the site and diagnose problems. We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from visits to this site.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal or security obligations.
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and responding to enquiries, and on legal obligations where applicable.
2. Product Policies
Use the product selector below for the policy that matches the service you use. A web public beta and a native app can have different policies even when they share a product name.
3. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data. Email marketing@nextsense.ai and name the product involved so we can route the request. We may need to verify your identity.
You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not sell personal information.
4. Changes and Contact
We may update this notice or a product policy when a service changes. The date at the top of each page shows its latest version.
